Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in BIM coordination and implementation across design, procurement and construction teams.
• Ability to lead BIM meetings with clients, subcontractors and consultants.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for developing team capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM initiatives, capabilities, and strategies aligned with market, government, industry, project, and organizational requirements.
• Provide strategic and resource planning to ensure delivery of BIM deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day BIM implementations, operations and deliverables.
• Lead the production of Detailed Design Model, Coordinated, Simulation and As-Built Models.
• Establish processes for data exchange and user rights access to maintain model integrity.
• Lead BIM Coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors and consultants.
• Communicate with project stakeholders to facilitate RFIs and design changes.
• Produce BIM progress reports bi-weekly/monthly.
• Ensure subordinates have access to the required BIM software and hardware.
