Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Manager - Building Information Modelling. The role involves managing BIM initiatives and ensuring project compliance with BIM standards. The candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in design or engineering and in-depth knowledge of BIM processes. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and drive continuous improvement in BIM practices. Willingness to relocate to Penang is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with design or engineering experience.
• In-depth knowledge of current BIM processes and standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be self-starter and possess the drive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM deliverables and implementation in projects.
• Acting as intermediary between designers, clients and architects.
• Ensure BIM Executive Plans are produced and maintained.
• Support project team in BIM technologies.
