Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Billing Operations Analyst to help validate billing data accuracy and optimize billing processes. The role involves auditing data from the billing system and reporting on billing activities, with responsibilities spanning reconciliation, policy implementation, and system enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have a finance or accounting background, experience with SQL and MS Office, and demonstrated ability to work with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or related
• Moderate level of demonstrated experience auditing processes, financial information and systems
• Experience with MS Office Suite, including MS Excel and MS Word
• Billing systems knowledge and data analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the implementation billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy.
• Contributes to the improvement to the billing operations processes and procedures and implements approved recommendations.
• Reconciles financial information, files and records to ensure the availability and accuracy of the information.
• Implements written policies and procedures that govern billing operations.
• Proactively supports the implementation of new billing systems and/or integration of changes to existing billing system.
• Assisting with preparing financial and statistical reports and validates billing transactions on the billing system.
• Investigates and analyzes any collection matters raised by management.
• Proactively processes new billing files and failed billing files.
• Coordinates with various internal groups and resolves all current issues and documents all billing system enhancement requests.
• Proactively supports continuous process improvement projects related to billing controls, quality and efficiency, and automation opportunities.
• Ensures all operational reconciliation and audit control processes are complete, managing any errors through to resolution.
• Performs any other relevant billing operations task as requested by management.
