Job summary

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly organised bids and pursuits professional to coordinate across Southeast Asia, including cross-border submissions with AIS/GISI teams and partners. You will manage bid activities from kickoff to submission, support CRM rollout in Asia/APAC, and assist regional marketing efforts with precise proposals, templates and data quality.

This role demands strong writing, attention to detail and the ability to work across time zones

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in bids, proposals or pursuits within engineering, project management or professional services.
• Experience coordinating complex tenders, EOIs and proposal submissions.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel and producing professional presentations.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary and regional/international teams across different countries and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bids, tenders, EOIs, pre-qualifications and proposals across Southeast Asia.
• Manage day-to-day bid activities from kickoff through final submission.
• Review tender requirements and prepare submission checklists, bid programmes and responsibility matrices.
• Coordinate technical, commercial and management inputs across multidisciplinary regional teams.
• Develop and coordinate proposal content, including presentations, CVs, project sheets and capability statements.
• Support the development of bid strategies, win themes and value propositions.
• Edit, proofread, format and quality-check submissions to ensure they are compliant and professionally presented.
• Maintain proposal templates, CV databases and other bid resources.
• Track regional opportunities, bid progress, deadlines and milestones.
• Support CRM adoption, data quality and ongoing process improvements.

Job description

We are seeking for a highly organised, meticulous and resourceful bid professional to join our regional Pursuits team. Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role will coordinate bids and pursuits across Southeast Asia, including cross-border and multi-office submissions involving AIS/GISI teams and partners in other regions. The role will also support Asia/APAC CRM implementation and pipeline management, as well as selected marketing activities where required.

What You'll be doing

Bids & Pursuits

Coordinate bids, tenders, EOIs, pre-qualifications and proposals across Southeast Asia, including cross-border and multi-office submissions.

Manage day-to-day bid activities from kick-off through to final submission, ensuring deadlines and submission requirements are met.

Review tender requirements and prepare submission checklists, bid programmes and responsibility matrices.

Coordinate technical, commercial and management inputs across multidisciplinary teams and regional offices.

Develop and coordinate proposal content, including presentations, CVs, project sheets, capability statements and other bid materials.

Support the development of bid strategies, win themes and value propositions.

Edit, proofread, format and quality-check submissions to ensure they are compliant, consistent and professionally presented.

Maintain proposal templates, CV databases, project references and other bid resources.

Track regional opportunities, bid progress, deadlines and key milestones.

Proactively follow up with stakeholders and manage multiple concurrent bids and tight deadlines.

Support the implementation and rollout of the Asia/APAC CRM system, coordinating with country and regional teams.

Maintain accurate opportunity and pursuit information for pipeline tracking and reporting.

Support CRM adoption, data quality and ongoing process improvements.

Marketing Support

Support selected regional marketing and business development activities where required.

Assist with presentations, capability statements, marketing collateral and digital content.

Support industry events, conferences and other regional initiatives as required.

What We're Looking for

5–10 years of relevant experience in bids, proposals or pursuits within engineering, project management, infrastructure, construction consultancy or professional services.

Strong experience coordinating complex tenders, EOIs and proposal submissions.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, with the ability to produce professional presentations and documents.

Good graphic design and document layout skills;

Highly organised and proactive. Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary and regional/international teams across different countries and time zones.

Confident in following up with senior and technical stakeholders to keep submissions on track.

Experience with CRM, opportunity/pipeline management or data migration would be an advantage.
