Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years in BI, analytics, strategy or related areas.
• Experience in retail/manufacturing/FMCG distribution or supply chain preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to tell compelling stories with data and communicate insight.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dashboards and performance monitoring tools.
• Collect, consolidate and analyze business data from relevant departments.
• Provide timely insights on performance, trends, opportunities and risks.
• Support KPI development and forecasting analyses.
• Support development of new ideas, products, and business models.
• Prepare analysis and business cases for innovation initiatives.
