Job summary

Tune Protect Group is seeking a seasoned BI Leader to drive the BI, Reporting and Dashboard team in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee enterprise reports, dashboards and analytics using Power BI, SAP BO and SAC, aligning KPIs with business goals and promoting data-driven decisions.

You will partner with stakeholders, guide data governance, and strengthen reporting standards while mentoring a small BI team to deliver timely insights and improved user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of BI, Reporting or Analytics experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading BI or Analytics teams.
• Insurance or Financial Services experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and support of enterprise reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI, SAP BO, SAC, or similar BI platforms.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are accurate and meet business requirements.
• Improve reporting efficiency, dashboard usability, and user experience.
• Oversee day-to-day reporting operations and resolve issues.
• Design and develop management and operational dashboards.
• Define KPIs and metrics with stakeholders; translate needs into insights.
• Monitor dashboard performance, data accuracy, and user adoption.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analytics requests from users and management.
