Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Manager for Performance Management & Business Analytics to deliver data-driven insights and executive-level reporting. You will transform complex operational and financial data into dashboards and performance frameworks to support decisions at Group Operations and business units.

The role focuses on advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to drive transparency, forecast performance, and enable governance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
8–12 years of experience in analytics, performance management, or reporting.
Experience supporting senior executives with data-driven insights.
Advanced Power BI dashboard design and development.
Proficiency with Power Apps and workflow automation.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, data modeling.
Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational, financial, and productivity metrics to identify trends and gaps.
Develop analytical models and business cases for strategic decisions.
Create executive reports, scorecards, and dashboards for leadership.
Translate data into concise narratives and presentations for ExCo and CEO.
Design KPI frameworks and performance measurement methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting quality and governance.
