Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Field Coach Trainer (Retail) to elevate store performance by coaching Beauty Advisors in KL and beyond, delivering best-in-class skincare consultations and developing their product knowledge and selling skills.

You will work with the BA Education Manager and BAM to build growth strategies, craft coaching plans, and ensure brand standards across stores. Willingness to travel is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of skincare products and beauty consultation.
• Diploma/Degree in Beauty, Cosmetics, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or retail.
• Experience in Beauty Advisor training, coaching, or retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Deliver Best-in-Class Skincare and Beauty Consultation.
• Build Store Business & BA Capabilities with BA Education Manager and BAM.
• BA Management & Development with Sales Executive and BA Education Manager.
• Identify coaching needs and develop targeted plans; monitor BA performance.
