Job summary

Body Perfect Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Retail Sales & Product Trainer (Beauty / Skincare) to uplift counter sales and retail performance by equipping front-line Beauty Advisors with consultative selling, objection handling, and cross-selling techniques.

You will design and deliver training modules on skin physiology, active ingredients, brand narratives, and product regimens, conduct outlet visits, run roleplays, audit counter service, and provide 1-on-1 coaching across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail beauty, skincare, or cosmetic sales.
• 2–3 years in an active training or field coaching role.
• Experience as a top-performing Beauty Advisor, Counter Manager, or Store Supervisor with high sales closing.
• Ability to create structured training decks, SOP manuals, and interactive workshops (classroom and on-the-floor).
• Fluent in English and local languages; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Equip front-line Beauty Advisors with consultative selling, objection handling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Design, update, and deliver engaging training modules on skin physiology, active ingredients, brand narratives, and product regimen demonstrations.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to observe live customer consultations.
• Run floor roleplays and audit counter service standards.
• Provide constructive 1-on-1 coaching to staff.
