Job summary

AlphaESS in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive C&I energy storage and microgrid opportunities. You will originate new deals, open accounts, and build strategic partnerships across the Malaysian market.

You will lead project development from concept to contract, manage a strong pipeline, and collaborate with EPCs, system integrators, and industrial customers to deliver commercially viable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in BD or project development for C&I solar, energy storage, or microgrids.
• Proven track record in originating and closing new projects in Malaysia.
• Strong network with industrial, EPCs, and energy partners in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and originate C&I energy storage and microgrid opportunities.
• Develop projects from 0 to 1, including commercial proposals and contract terms.
• Build a robust pipeline and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborate with partners, EPCs, and system integrators to accelerate market penetration.
