Job summary

AlphaESS in Malaysia is seeking an on-site technical support engineer to lead installation, commissioning and grid-connection activities for APAC energy storage projects. You will perform post-delivery operations, on-site troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure safe, stable system performance.

You will also provide technical training for overseas clients and partners, compile standardized documents, and implement field feedback into product and process improvements, while maintaining strong

Qualifications

College degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, New Energy, Automation or related fields.
1-3 years of on-site service experience in energy storage, photovoltaic or power equipment industry; familiarity with C&I and large-scale projects preferred.
Fluent in English preferred; Mandarin a plus; able to travel frequently across APAC.

Responsibilities

Provide full on-site technical support including installation, commissioning and grid connection acceptance for APAC energy storage projects.
Handle post-delivery operations, on-site troubleshooting, defect rectification and equipment inspection to ensure safe operation.
Deliver technical training on installation, commissioning, maintenance and safety for overseas clients and partners.
Collect field feedback, propose optimizations, and coordinate upgrades with relevant departments.
Maintain on-site documentation and ensure complete, traceable project data.
Communicate with regional clients and partners to promote project delivery and maintain relationships.
