Akemi Ready Home Sdn. Bhd is seeking a Sr Business Development Manager (Property & Furnished Solutions, Southern) to spearhead strategic partnerships and growth across Southern Malaysia.

You will lead a team of business development professionals, negotiate high-value deals with property developers, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure furnished solutions meet market needs. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in business development, real estate, or property development.
• Established senior-level network within the property development sector.
• Excellent English; Malay and Mandarin are advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to source partnerships with property developers for furnished projects.
• Identify and develop opportunities with developers, construction firms, and architects.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Lead and mentor a team of business development executives.
• Negotiate high-value agreements and close deals aligned with long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure furnished solutions meet market demands.
• Represent the company at industry events and expand the business network.
• Monitor performance and report insights to senior management.
