Job summary

TSL Media Group is hiring for a Business Development role in Malaysia. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, focusing on brand and agency clients for content, social, and influencer campaigns.

The role emphasizes hunting for new business, managing relationships, and collaborating with internal creative teams to deliver campaigns. Hybrid work is supported from Kuala Lumpur offices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, business development, or client servicing in media, advertising, or digital marketing a strong plus.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Confident presenting and negotiating with clients and agencies.
• Network in the Malaysian media/marketing space is an advantage.
• Familiar with CRM systems and pipeline reporting.

TSL Media Group is growing its commercial team in Malaysia, and we're hiring Business Development talent across our media and influencer marketing business. You'll own the full sales cycle - finding new clients, pitching content and influencer campaign solutions, and closing deals with brands and agencies across the market.

This is a role for someone who likes the hunt: generating leads, getting in front of decision-makers, and being measured on what you bring in.
