Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a barista or in a fast-paced F&B service role.
• Excellent coffee-making skills, strong customer service mindset, ability to multitask in a busy environment, and basic POS cash handling skills.
• Reliable, proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working flexible hours (weekends and holidays included).

Responsibilities

• Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Brew and prepare specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages consistently and to high standards using proper espresso machine techniques.
• Customer Service & Order Taking: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, handle cash/digital payments, and ensure a welcoming café atmosphere.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Support the supervisor or manager by guiding junior baristas and service crew, sharing workflow tips, and helping during busy rushes.
• Quality & Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, dairy, cups, and ingredients, and report restock needs. Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar and seating area.
• General Service Crew Support: Assist with food running, clearing tables, restocking condiments, and general opening/closing duties as needed.
