Qualifications

• Experience in products, segments, marketing or campaign management.
• Understanding of consumer banking products/services.
• Product management experience in credit cards or consumer deposits is advantageous.
• Ability to influence across functional lines and drive initiatives.
• Strong project-management and prioritization across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with big data interpretation and deriving insights.
• Strong business acumen and drive to develop new opportunities.
• Strategic thinking for project approvals and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to enhance or develop customer value propositions.
• Collaborate with product owners to bundle products for cross-sell and customer acquisition.
• Propose and develop initiatives to attract new customer segments and grow revenue in consumer banking.
• Liaise with Decision Management to understand portfolio insights used to justify proposals.
• Identify customers with cross-sell opportunities and trigger real-time cross-sell actions.
• Drive awareness of new segment propositions across internal marketing assets and train the sales team.
• Conduct market research to track competitors' value propositions.
• Coordinate with research agencies to run focus groups and gather feedback on propositions.
