Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, or any business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Must possess strong convincing skills in selling life insurance.
• Demonstrable record of engaging, influencing, and managing internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Aufgaben

• Achieve overall business targets and assigned individual targets.
• Drive Bancassurance and Bancatakaful sales growth under CIMB Bank's Retail Enterprise Division.
• Coach and train sales teams on insurance products through structured training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to business partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service delivery meets expectations and agreed service levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, addressing operational and service matters promptly.
