Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering or related field.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-traffic backend systems.
• 3 years backend/full-stack experience in production.
• Proficiency in Java and/or .NET.
• Hands-on with cloud, Docker/Kubernetes, and serverless.
• Hands-on experience with an AI coding assistant in real projects.
• Solid fundamentals: clean code, testing, code review, Git workflow.
• Awareness of data security & responsible AI usage.

Responsibilities

• Own what you ship. Take full responsibility for your work from design to delivery.
• Use AI to multiply quality and speed with coding assistants and workflows.
• Architect for scale. Build high-availability, fault-tolerant backend services and APIs.
• Drive technical excellence: code quality, CI/CD, security, testing, reviews.
• Lead incident response: root-cause analysis and lessons learned.
• Push the stack forward: research, POCs, and new ideas.
• Lift the team: mentor mid- and junior-level developers.
• Partner with the business on complex customer projects.
