Job summary

HPA DESIGN STUDIO (SE ASIA) SDN BHD is seeking an Architectural Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to perform CAD works and architectural drafting in line with office standards. The role requires familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM (REVIT) and collaboration with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree and may have 1 year of experience or be fresh graduates. Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred, with a willingness to work independently under

Responsibilities

• Carry out CAD works and drawing production according to office standards.
• Prepare high-rise building drawings, construction drawings, tender drawings and related technical issues.
• Maintain conformance with the Company's Quality Management System and guidelines.

Job description

To carry out CAD works and drawing production work according to standards and guidelines of the office

Must possess knowledge and experience in Architectural drafting

Understand and implement the Company's Quality Management System and ensure that the works are carried out in conformance with the standards

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent.

Preferable with 1-year working experience in a similar capacity but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Required Skill(s): Conversant with the use of AutoCAD or BIM (REVIT)

Good Command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Preferably Junior Executive / Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Experience in high-rise building drawing, preliminary conceptual drawing, Construction Drawing, Prepares Tender Drawing & all relevant technical issues.

Must be committed and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.

Must possess own car
