Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a CAD drafter to execute architectural drafting and drawing production in line with office standards. The role requires familiarity with AutoCAD or REVIT and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

The candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Architecture or equivalent, with Mandarin and English proficiency and the ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent.
• Preferable with 1-year working experience in a similar capacity but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Conversant with the use of AutoCAD or BIM (REVIT).
• Good Command of Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Preferably Junior Executive / Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in high-rise building drawing, preliminary conceptual drawing, Construction Drawing, Prepares Tender Drawing & all relevant technical issues.
• Must be committed and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.

Responsibilities

• To carry out CAD works and drawing production work according to standards and guidelines of the office.
• Understand and implement the Company's Quality Management System and ensure that the works are carried out in conformance with the standards.
