Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive, Auto Finance to promote Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and new customers. You will work toward sales targets, nurture customer relationships, and provide professional financial advice tailored to customer needs.

The role emphasizes cross-selling, accurate data handling, and building strong dealer networks. Diploma or Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year in auto finance sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in Auto Finance or Hire Purchase.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented; experience in auto/car sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
• Engage in cross-selling of other RHB products based on customer needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards overall office targets.
• Provide professional advice on Auto Owners products aligned with customer needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with dealers and salesmen.
• Handle submissions for disbursement and ensure data entry accuracy.
