Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Executive, Auto Finance to promote Auto Owners products and bancassurance to customers. You will drive sales targets and expand market share through professional financial advice.

You will develop expertise in Auto Owners offerings, maintain dealer relationships, ensure accurate data processing, and support recovery activities as needed. A diploma or bachelor’s degree and 1 year of relevant sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience, preferably Auto Finance/Automotive/Hire Purchase.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated, driven and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
• Engage in cross-selling of other RHB products to increase market share.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team targets.
• Provide professional advice on Auto Owners products aligned with customer needs.
• Develop knowledge of Auto Owners products, services and processes for effective delivery.
• Establish and maintain relationships with dealers and sales partners.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission for opportunities.
• Support collection and recovery activities as needed.
