Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a target-driven sales professional to secure new quality loans and manage dealer relationships. You will verify documents, perform KYC, and update case status daily, while supporting loan proposals and related agreements.

Ideal candidates are Malaysian citizens with at least SPM/O Level, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication, and willingness to learn in a banking/auto oriented environment. Fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with at least SPM/O Level or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year in Banking/Auto industry accepted.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales targets by securing new quality loans aligned with product strategy.
• Maintain relationships with dealers and customers and update status daily.
• Ensure documents meet guidelines and verify IDs/incomes/vehicles.
• Conduct KYC, data entry in LOAD$ and CTOS enquiries.
• Assist in loan proposals, HP agreements, and related disclosures.
