Job summary

Sepang Aircraft Engineering Sdn Bhd, an Airbus SAS subsidiary and EASA approved MRO, seeks a quality/audit professional. You will develop audit plans, monitor CAPA, conduct supplier assessments, and maintain quality systems to ensure EN 9100/9120 compliance across SEA operations.

You will generate KPIs, support management reviews, and deliver training on audit techniques and software usage. The role requires upholding Airbus values and safety standards at the Kuala Lumpur area hangar.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing quality audits and surveillance.
• Familiar with EN 9100/9120 standards.
• Ability to manage CAPA and corrective actions.
• Proficient in using quality and safety software for audit tracking.
• Ability to prepare reports and management reviews.

Responsibilities

Job description

Develop and maintain an audit plan aligned with organizational objectives, needs and regulatory requirements.

Monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) effectiveness and follow up on audit findings and timely closure.

Perform audits inclusive of verification of corrective and preventive actions taken by responsible Managers on recent quality audit reports and ‘Open’ NCRs.

Administer and maintain Quality and Safety software to support audit planning, findings tracking, and risk management. Ensure data integrity within the software by regularly updating records, monitoring system usage, and providing troubleshooting support.

Generate reports and dashboards from Software for audits, surveillance, and compliance reviews.

Support the maintenance of EN 9110 and EN 9120 certifications.

Act as a point of contact during audits conducted by regulatory bodies, Customer and certification bodies.

Carry out Assessment of Suppliers / Repair Facilities / Sub-Contractors for SAE.

Track supplier performance and maintain records.

Maintain accurate records of audits, surveillance, and CAPAs in both physical and digital formats.

To ensure Quality Manual and associated procedures are updated as required by NAA regulations, EN9100 Standard requirements.

Drive initiatives based on audit and surveillance findings to enhance operational processes.

Analyse trends from audit findings and surveillance activities using Quality and Safety System software and other tools.

Prepare reports on audit performance, quality KPIs, and improvement initiatives for management review.

Develop training materials and conduct sessions on audit techniques, compliance Standards, and Quality and Safety software usage.

Support management reviews (MRC, QMR, SRB) by preparing data and presenting Audit related findings. Promote quality culture by organizing awareness programs and sharing best practices.
