Job summary

Touch ’n Go Group is seeking a Product Manager to shape and drive digital product strategies across our platform. You will collaborate with technology, design, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and measurable business impact.

The role emphasizes hybrid work, market research-driven decisions, and cross-functional leadership to optimize user journeys and platform performance while aligning with financial and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Platforms, E-commerce, Marketplace, FinTech, or related digital business environments.
• Experience managing digital product lifecycles and collaborating with technology and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other product delivery methodologies.
• Experience with mobile applications, online platforms, or digital marketplaces is highly preferred.
• Hybrid work arrangement and flexi hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
• Define and manage product initiatives that enhance platform capabilities, customer experience, and commercial performance.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance customer journeys, search and discovery experience, inventory visibility, fulfilment capabilities, and overall platform usability.
• Establish product governance and prioritization frameworks to ensure resources are focused on high-impact initiatives and aligned to strategic objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and business case development through requirements gathering, prioritization, implementation, launch, and post-launch review.

What would you do?

• Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.

Product Lifecycle Management

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and business case development through requirements gathering, prioritization, implementation, launch, and post-launch review.
• Develop and maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Partner closely with Technology, UI/UX, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, mobile-first, and customer-centric platform solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure successful implementation.

Platform Performance & Optimization

• Analyze customer behavior, platform performance, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive product enhancements.
• Track and evaluate product KPIs, feature adoption rates, conversion performance, customer engagement, and retention metrics.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess business impact and identify further optimization opportunities.
• Utilize data-driven insights to recommend enhancements that improve platform effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Platform Operations & Reliability

• Ensure platform stability, service reliability, and operational excellence through proactive management of defects, enhancements, technology upgrades, and vendor performance.
• Work closely with operational teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain high service standards.
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable governance, security, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align product priorities, delivery expectations, and business objectives.
• Facilitate product discussions, requirement workshops, and prioritization sessions across business and technology teams.
• Prepare and present product updates, performance reports, business recommendations, and roadmap progress to management.
• Build strong working relationships across functions to foster alignment and drive successful product outcomes.

Who should join us?
