Job summary

DHL Group HR Services in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, invites a Payroll Administrator to join our APAC team on a full-time basis. You will administer payroll activities, ensure accuracy, and support compliance and reporting for our global network.

We seek a Bachelor Degree with 2+ years in payroll or HRSSC, proficient in payroll processes, data administration, and benefits calculations. We offer an international, virtual-friendly environment and growth opportunities within DHL Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required or equivalent.
• HR certification preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in payroll/HR Shared Service Centre preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Payroll activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle payroll accounting, payments, benefits, taxes and deductions.
• Compute salary components: overtime, shifts, commissions and bonuses.
• Verify data and rectify errors per guidelines.
• Maintain payroll records per process guidelines.
• Collate and verify data for payroll processing.
• Assist in internal and government reporting.
• Address payroll related employee queries.

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose

Administer Payroll activities in line with Payroll process guidelines, quality standards and timelines.

Your tasks

• Administer Payroll activities with accuracy as per set quality standards and timelines
• Conduct Payroll activities such as accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and Payroll deductions
• Calculate various components of salary such as overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses
• Check and rectify errors as per process guidelines and precedence
• Maintain various Payroll records as per process guidelines
• Collate and verify various data and information required for carrying out Payroll processes
• Assist in reporting for internal use/ Government/ Compliance
• Receive and resolve Payroll related queries from employees

Your profile

Education Level

• Bachelor Degree
• Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
• HR certification preferred

Experience Level

• Possess more than 2 years work related experience in similar field, preferably in an HR Shared Service Centre.
