Job summary

DHL Group is hiring an immediate, full-time Payroll Administrator in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will administer payroll activities with accuracy and ensure compliance with guidelines, timelines, and regulations.

Required: a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years in payroll or HR SSC environment; HR certification preferred. The role offers international exposure and development opportunities within DHL Group's APAC HR Services network.

Responsibilities

• Administer Payroll activities with accuracy as per set quality standards and timelines
• Conduct Payroll activities such as accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and Payroll deductions
• Calculate components of salary such as overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses
• Check and rectify errors as per process guidelines and precedence
• Maintain payroll records per process guidelines
• Collate and verify data required for payroll processes
• Assist in reporting for internal use/government/compliance
• Receive and resolve payroll-related queries from employees

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:

Administer Payroll activities in line with Payroll process guidelines, quality standards and timelines.

Your tasks:

Your profile:

Education Level

• Bachelor Degree
• Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
• HR certification preferred

Experience Level

• Possess more than 2 years work related experience in similar field, preferably in an HR Shared Service Centre.
