AIA Shared Services Sdn. Bhd. in Putrajaya invites a Senior Associate - Business Analyst cum UAT to support the rollout of Insurance Core System enhancements. You will gather requirements, draft FSDs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear, testable specifications.

You will prepare test requirements, execute UAT test scripts, review outcomes, and deliver training materials. Strong communication and insurance domain knowledge are essential to drive timely, quality delivery.

Qualificações

• Degree holder in Business IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in requirement gathering and 3 years of testing.
• Candidates with QA or Testing experience only are welcomed to apply.
• Candidates with 1 to 2 years working experience in life insurance operations and business analysis, and with knowledge in both operation and system areas are preferred.
• Meticulous and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to share and learn; able to work under pressure and be a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare functional specification documents (FSD) detailing the solution for business needs.
• Filter needs into functional and non-functional requirements; refine messages for a single vision.
• Prepare test requirements and test environment to meet UAT needs.
• Execute test scripts, monitor and record results against objectives.
• Review and signoff solution documents, UAT plans and scenarios within timelines.
• Work with stakeholders to resolve UAT defects and provide clearance reports.
• Prepare end-user training guides and train-the-trainer prior to implementation.
• Perform post-implementation verification and address production issues if any.

Senior Associate - Business Analyst cum UAT (Insurance Core System)

Support the execution and implementation of the new systems, system enhancements for Insurance business services.

Participate in discussions with the business / program managers on understanding the scope of work, rules and procedures required to prepare functional specification document (FSD) detailing the solution for the given business needs.

Responsible to filter the needs and wants of a requirement including the functional and non-functional requirements; refine the varying messages as well as the requirements of the project stakeholders into a consistent single vision.

Offers fact based and innovative solutions as part of process improvement to solve pain points focusing on simplification.

Provides support on project execution such as preparing user requirements, quality control and coordinates with stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery on project

Prepare Test requirement and test environment to ensure that it is comprehensive and meet the User Acceptance Test (UAT) needs.

Execute Test scripts, monitor and record test results against the business expectation according to the test objectives.

Reviewand signoff Solution documents, User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and scenarios prepared by the business / program management teams within the stipulated timelines.

Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to resolveUAT defects.

ProvideUAT clearance report after ensuring that all functionalities have been tested, defects have been identified and documented, impacts been assessed, and resolutions provided.

Prepare end user training guide and train the trainer prior to implementation

Perform post implementation verification and follow up production issue and its fixing (if any) prior to project closure.

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet business requirements.

Requirements
