is seeking an Insurance Operations professional in Putrajaya to process requests per service standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring daily transactions are accurate, complete and timely. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Insurance or Finance), strong attention to detail and a customer‑centric mindset, plus flexibility to work extended hours, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming requests within service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform day-to-day transactions ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
• Maintain personal quality, productivity, turnaround time and attendance benchmarks.
• Correspond with business partners or intermediaries by email for clarifications.
• Support team efficiency and participate in periodic duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Process all incoming requests within the service standard and ensure all processes are done prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.

Performing day to day transactions and ensuring delivery quality in terms of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness on daily basis.

Ensure meeting personal quality, productivity, turnaround time, and attendance benchmark.

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and / or other requirement.

Ensure team operating efficiency.

Correspond and reply via email to business partners or intermediaries on clarification and enquiries on the cases received (if any*).

Job Requirements:

Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably with professional qualifications in Insurance or Finance.

Relevant experience in group insurance or life insurance operations will be an added advantage.

Demonstrates strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a customer‑centric mindset.

Willing and able to work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays, as business needs require.

Able to operate in a desk‑bound environment, rotational shift arrangements (including weekends), and overtime beyond standard office hours.

This role is required to align with the Hong Kong working calendar.

Willing to work in IOI City Mall, Tower 1, Putrajaya.

Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
