Job summary

Ng Chin Siu & Sons Rubber Estates Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced estate manager to oversee all divisional operations of its oil palm plantation. You will lead project work, monitor capital expenditures, and supervise field inspections to ensure high quality crops and adherence to budgets and MSPO standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years in oil palm or related fields, with proven ability to motivate staff, plan schedules, and manage complex plantation activities, including

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and labor force and to motivate them
• Able to plan and implement work schedules to meet goals and targets
• Experience in oil palm replanting
• Experience with oil palm planting on hilly terrain is an advantage
• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee all divisional operations of the oil palm plantation
• Take charge of project management
• Monitor capex and maintain records
• Ensure structured supervision via field inspections
• Oversee crop quality, grading and inspection for improvement
• Drive estate improvement through approved budgets
• Monitor work progress and ensure orders are carried out
• Oversee workshop, security, and MSPO compliance
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed

Job description

All aspects of the management of an oil palm plantation, including but not limited to:

1. Overseeing all divisional operations.

2. In Charge of project management

3. Capex monitoring and records.

4. Structured supervision through field assessment inspection.

5. Crops quality, grading and inspection for improvement

6. Estate improvement through approved budget.

7. Checking and monitoring all work progress and to make sure orders.

8. In Charge of workshop, security, project management and MSPO

9. Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

Able to effectively communicate with & motivate staff & labor force;

Able to plan & implement work schedule to achieve goals & targets;

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Experienced in oil palm replanting;

Experienced with oil palm planting in hilly terrain an advantage;

At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
