Genting Plantations Berhad offers a structured in-house training program with project assignments and hands-on estate operations across our West Malaysia and Sabah estates. Fresh graduates in Agriculture/Plantation are encouraged to apply, and those with oil palm experience have an added advantage.

Upon completion, successful candidates will be based in West Malaysia or Sabah and offered full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Agriculture/Plantation or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in oil palm plantation is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work and live in a plantation environment.
• Based in West Malaysia/Sabah.

Responsabilités

• Undergo in-house training programs with project assignments.
• Hands-on estate operations across our estates in West Malaysia Sabah.
• Areas include Oil Palm Nursery Practices, Weeding Management, Pests and Diseases, Manuring, Pruning, Harvesting, R&D trials, Quality Control, GPS/GIS work.

Undergo in house training programs, project assignments and hands-on estate operations across our estates in West Malaysia / Sabah in various areas such as Oil Palm Nursery Practices, Weeding Management, Pests and Diseases, Manuring of Oil Palm, Pruning of Fronds, Harvesting, R&D trials, Quality Control Checks, GPS/GIS work etc.

Upon completion of the training programs, successful candidates will be based in West Malaysia / Sabah and will be offered full time employment.

Requirements

Possess at least Diploma in Agriculture/ Plantation or any relevant field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in oil palm plantation industry will be an added advantage

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Work independently, dynamic and result oriented

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Willing to work and live in plantation environment.

Should be prepared to be based in West Malaysia/ Sabah
