Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee end-to-end assembly operations in a high-mix, high-volume semiconductor environment. You will manage multiple production lines, drive throughput, and ensure targets on quality, cost, and delivery are met across FOL, EOL, and backend processes.

This role requires 15–20 years in semiconductor manufacturing with 8–10 years in senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years in semiconductor manufacturing
• 8–10 years in senior leadership roles
• Experience leading large manufacturing teams across multiple lines
• Lean/Six Sigma exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end assembly operations covering FOL and EOL processes
• Oversee multiple production lines to ensure throughput, efficiency, and utilization
• Drive achievement of targets across quality, cost, and delivery metrics
• Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure seamless operations
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and process transfer activities
• Align with test and backend operations for end-to-end manufacturing success
