Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Manager, Production (Semiconductor) to lead the deployment of strategic plans and guide all responsible production departments. You will oversee budgets, cost estimates, and the performance of production teams to meet medium- and long-term targets.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, and process improvements, and coordinating with TD Engineering for K1 Production readiness while driving efficiency and cost control across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimating is essential.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a management role in Production/Equipment Maintenance/Process Engineering within a related industry and handling more than 500 employees.
• Experience in Substrate/PCB/semiconductor/OSAT related industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy the strategic plan as defined by the company and local management.
• Provide authority for orders and disciplinary guidance to production department staff.
• Achieve medium and long-term operational targets as defined.
• Develop and manage annual budgets; ensure operations run within budget.
• Drive quality, safety, reliability, productivity, and cost targets across production departments.
• Oversee resource allocation, reporting structures, and implementation of TD Engineering for K1 Production.
