Job summary

Icon Medic Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to drive clinical adoption, market expansion, and technical excellence for the Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy portfolio.

You will act as a trusted clinical advisor to orthopedic surgeons, surgical teams, and hospital procurement departments, leveraging deep knowledge of shoulder, knee, and small joint arthroscopy to execute launches and lead surgeon training workshops.

Qualifications

• Deep clinical knowledge of shoulder, knee, and small joint arthroscopy.
• Experience with arthroscopy implants, power tools, and imaging systems.
• Ability to work as a trusted clinical advisor to surgeons and procurement teams.
• Strong commercial acumen to drive launches and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, real-time technical and clinical support to orthopedic surgeons and OT staff during arthroscopic procedures.
• Nurture relationships with KOLs, orthopedic surgeons, and sports medicine specialists across public and private health institutions.
• Lead hands-on product trials, evaluations, and dry-lab/wet-lab workshops for arthroscopic techniques.
• Partner with sales and engineering to identify growth opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
• Drive end-to-end commercial execution for new arthroscopy launches—from market prep to clinical adoption.
• Provide technical expertise for institutional tender submissions with procurement teams.
• Plan and deliver CME programs, cadaveric workshops, live surgery demos, and OT nurse training.
• Mentor product specialists and sales reps on techniques and product positioning.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to refine product positioning.
