Job summary

Arcdraft Design in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Architecture Drafter to join our team, focusing on producing accurate construction drawings using AutoCAD and related tools.

You will prepare floor plans, elevations and details, coordinate with Architects and clients, and ensure timely delivery of documents to meet project deadlines. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong technical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture field.
• Experience as an Architectural Drafter, CAD Drafter or similar position is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details and drafting standards.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications and strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, details and construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare drawings and documentation for authority submissions.
• Update drawings according to comments and revisions from Architects, clients and relevant authorities.
• Assist the project team in resolving drawing discrepancies and technical issues.
• Ensure all drawings are properly revised, organised and issued according to project schedules and deadlines.
• Perform other drafting and project-related duties as assigned by the management or Architect.
