You will translate architectural concepts into precise technical drawings and construction documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Malaysian standards. Working with architects, engineers and other design professionals, you will develop 2D/3D drawings, maintain project files, and contribute to presentation drawings and client communications from our

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or related design discipline.
• Proficiency in CAD software with 2D/3D drawing production.
• Understanding of Malaysia architectural standards and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings including plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Convert conceptual sketches into comprehensive technical drawings.
• Develop construction documentation packages with specifications and schedules.
• Ensure drawings comply with standards and building regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and design team to resolve issues.
• Maintain and update project drawings through design development.
• Prepare presentation drawings and visualisations for clients.
• Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage project drawings and documentation according to office procedures.
• Contribute to improving drawing standards and office procedures.
