Job summary

Bell Ward, a leading semiconductor company in Malaysia, seeks a Senior Application Engineer to focus on analog IC applications, chip testing and PCB design/debugging. You will design and debug test PCBs for analog signal-chain products and power-management devices, while developing C/Python test programs and preparing comprehensive test guides.

The role also involves customer support, failure analysis collaboration with R&D, and pre-sales technical support in partnership with the Sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in electronics or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in Analog IC AE/FAE, IC testing or related roles; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong understanding of analog ICs and common application issues.
• Hands-on experience with test equipment and chip testing; proficient in C or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and debug test PCBs for analog signal-chain products (op-amps, ADC/DAC) and power-management products (DC/DC, LDO).

• Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters, power supplies, and chip testing.
• Proficient in C or Python; familiar with Altium Designer, KiCad, and EDA tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
