This full-time Test Development Engineer role is an on-site position based in Bayan Lepas. The Test Development Engineer designs, develops, and maintains test solutions for semiconductor products, ensuring product performance, reliability, and quality. Daily activities include creating test plans, implementing and optimizing test programs, performing software and hardware debugging, and analyzing test data to improve coverage and yield. The role collaborates closely with design, product, and manufacturing teams to integrate test solutions into the production flow, support qualification activities, and resolve test-related issues. The engineer also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, including test automation, standardization of test methods, and adoption of best practices.
