Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a senior analytics and data strategy leader to partner with APAC business units and country stakeholders. You will own cross-BU requirements, shape dashboards, analytics, and strategic insights to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of digital tools, guiding data governance, and driving adoption of BI solutions across regions. Strong Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SFDC skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
At least eight (8) years of related work experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation (six (6) years if Master's).
At least two (2) years experience in people management.
Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and Salesforce.com (SFDC).
Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to business unit stakeholders at APAC and country levels.
Lead cross-BU and/or regional requirements to ensure consistency and usability.
Scope, evaluate and deliver commercial dashboards/reporting, analytics and strategic insights.
