Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate I, Payroll to deliver accurate payroll services across APAC for countries including Korea, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

This role supports end-to-end payroll operations, vendor management, data administration, and compliance within the HR Shared Services function. You will work with Payroll Vendors, HR, Finance, Treasury, and Workday teams to ensure timely payroll execution, governance, and process improvements while maintaining strict data accuracy and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably multi-country APAC.
• Experience with Workday, Kronos, and payroll vendors.
• Knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations across APAC.
• Fluent in English and Korean.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely payroll for Korea, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Validate inputs, reconcile payroll results, and support audits.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors to resolve processing issues.
• Maintain payroll documentation and participate in process improvements.
• Support governance, compliance, and legislative changes.
