Job summary

Alcon is hiring for a Senior Associate I, Payroll to deliver accurate payroll services across APAC. The role partners with Payroll Vendors, HR, Finance, Treasury, and Workday to ensure timely processing and regulatory compliance. You will help optimize payroll processes and governance within a fast-paced, global environment.

The position emphasizes data accuracy, issue resolution, and ongoing process improvements while maintaining compliance with local laws and Alcon policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Professional payroll certification or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably within a regional or multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely payroll processing for assigned APAC countries, including Korea, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
• Manage payroll data inputs, validations, and reconciliations across systems.
• Support payroll audits, compliance reviews, and statutory reporting.
• Collaborate with payroll vendors, HR, Finance, and Workday teams.
• Maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline

Professional payroll certification or equivalent payroll qualification is an added advantage

Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably within a regional or multi-country payroll environment
