Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks a Senior Corporate Compliance Investigator to lead investigations into alleged misconduct reported through various channels. You will manage notification, documentation, and reporting, and liaise with senior leaders to assess legal risks.

Reporting to the C&E APAC Regional Lead - Corporate Investigator, you will oversee investigative plans, interviews, and remedial actions while coordinating with HR, Legal, and internal teams across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in conducting/supervising investigations and drafting confidential reports.
• Deep knowledge of local ethical/conduct/compliance risks and employee rights.

Responsibilities

• Actively assist/conduct CC investigations arising from misconduct reports.
• Oversee legally privileged investigations and define scope, plan, interviews, and reports.
• Advise leadership on risks and remedial measures related to CC allegations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and external resources to resolve investigations.
• Mentor and guide investigative personnel and draft thorough analyses.
