Job summary

Ecolab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Global BI team in APAC. You will lead BI projects end-to-end, engage with stakeholders across the APAC region, and translate business needs into technical solutions using Tableau and Power BI.

The role focuses on data accuracy, governance, and process optimization, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with IT and cross-functional partners to deliver impactful insights and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Experience engaging with APAC stakeholders and gathering requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting platforms.
• Engage with APAC stakeholders to understand needs, document use cases, and manage expectations.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in testing phases, validate solutions, and facilitate UAT sessions.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize BI adoption.
• Collaborate with IT to design scalable, secure BI solutions.
• Continuously review and optimize business processes to improve efficiency.
