Job summary

GULATIS GLOBAL BUSINESS SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Account Executive to handle Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable, verify petty cash claims, and record transactions in the SQL system. You will reconcile bank deposits and monitor collections, ensuring accuracy and timely updates to the AR file.

Qualifications include a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance and AR/AP experience. Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Candidates with AR/AP experience are an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL accounting system, Excel, and Google Drive preferred.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process petty cash claims submitted by hotels monthly and record in the SQL system.
• Reconcile bank-in slips, cash deposits, and other hotel collections against i-Hotels reports.
• Prepare and maintain Excel reconciliation schedules and input transactions into SQL for OR issuance.
• Manage and monitor sales collections from all retail outlets and update the AR file.
• Follow up on outstanding collections and discrepancies to ensure timely recording of receipts.
• Check utility bills received for AP and ensure proper payment processing.
• Maintain filing systems and assist Finance with day-to-day accounting tasks.
