Job summary

Bolttech in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) is seeking an OD practitioner to lead the design, development, and delivery of learning initiatives across the People team, aligning with business priorities and branding. You will administer the LMS, migrate data, create learning pathways, and produce insights from learning data to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 6–8 years in OD/LD/HR and strong PowerPoint/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• OD practitioner with 6–8 years of experience in organisational development, learning & development, HR or related fields.
• Experience developing training materials and supporting learning programme delivery.
• Strong data management and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present insights.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong project coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS or equivalent systems adminstration; Oracle experience beneficial.
• Experience in a fast-paced, global or consulting environment is an advantage.
• Exposure to digital and technology-enabled learning solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programmes end-to-end, including scheduling, communications, and logistics.
• Administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including data migration, course uploads, learner enrolment, learning pathways, and system governance.
• Manage learning data, reports, and dashboards to track programme participation, completion, and effectiveness.
• Produce insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement of capability development initiatives.
• Ensure materials are user-friendly, engaging, and aligned to bolttech standards and branding.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning experience through technology, automation, and innovation.
• Track project milestones and provide reporting.

In this position you will....

Work closely with the OD team providing support for the coordination, design, development, and delivery of learning and development initiatives and other OD offerings including performance management, talent management, DISC profiles and succession planning across bolttech. You will play a key role in in managing our learning platform and enabling data-driven insights to enhance learning effectiveness. You will also be involved in supporting a range of projectsto embed sustainable change.

You will be responsible for…

• Working closely with the OD team and the wider People team business partners to provide support for OD offerings and projects
• Assisting in the creation and continuous improvement of capability development content aligned to business priorities
• Administering and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS), including data migration, course uploads, learner enrolment, learning pathways, and system governance
• Coordinating training programmes end-to-end, including scheduling, communications, and logistics
