Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a hub for asset servicing in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead UAT activities across the Transfer Agency platform. You will translate stories into test scenarios, coordinate cycles with stakeholders in multiple regions, and validate new business flows including tokenized assets and AI-assisted processing.

You will maintain artefacts, ensure proper access controls, and support release readiness for production deployments within a dynamic global team.

As a Senior Analyst, you will serve as the functional bridge between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams within the CACEIS TA Transformation Programme, driving end-to-end UAT planning, execution and signoff across the Transfer Agency platform, ensuring that every release meets operational expectations, regulatory standards and business quality thresholds across our global business presence.

What will you do?

Co-lead the UAT testing stream, defining test scope, entry/exit criteria and signoff conditions across application environments in alignment with sprint and release timelines.

Translate User Stories into structured test scenarios covering end-to-end Transfer Agency workflows, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, corporate actions, regulatory reporting, settlement processing and more.

Coordinate UAT cycles with business stakeholders across Ireland, Luxembourg, and Canada, managing feedback loops between testers and IT delivery teams and consolidating sign-off documentation.

Perform functional validation of new business flows introduced by our TA app, including digital and tokenized asset trading, stablecoin transaction handling, and AI-assisted trade processing, assessing business impact and data integrity.

Maintain and manage UAT tracking artefacts including test plans, defect logs and ensuring full traceability from requirement to test result.

Validate system configurations as part of UAT, ensuring user roles, entitlements, and access rights in NOVA reflect business requirements and comply with operational security standards.

Identify and elevate functional gaps and regression risks during pre-production testing, working with the Scrum Master and delivery team to prioritise defect resolution before production rollout.

Support release note production by documenting tested functionality, known limitations and business facing change summaries for each TA Application release deployed to production.

Contribute to the evolution of the project transformation framework by building reusable UAT frameworks, test data strategies, and business validation patterns applicable to future NOVA releases and BAU change cycles.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Solid experience in Transfer Agency operations, with working knowledge across key domains including transaction processing, settlements, SWIFT messaging, Forex, dividend processing, trailer fees, commissions, regulatory frameworks and others.

Proven track record in UAT planning and execution, including defining entry/exit criteria, managing test cycles, coordinating multi-jurisdictional stakeholder sign-off.

Ability to translate User Stories and business requirements into structured, end-to-end test scenarios covering complex Transfer Agency workflows.

Experience working in Agile delivery environments, with hands-on use of Jira and Confluence for sprint tracking, documentation, and test artefact management.

Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage feedback loops between business testing and IT delivery teams across multiple geographies and time zones.

Experience in pre-production testing environments, including regression risk identification, defect escalation, and release readiness assessment.

Familiarity with system configuration validation, including user roles, entitlements, and access rights management in enterprise platforms.

Nice-to-have

Exposure to emerging asset classes and digital finance flows, such as tokenized assets, stablecoin transactions, or AI-assisted trade processing (e.g: AWS Bedrock).

Experience with data and integration technologies relevant to financial platforms, including Kafka, Python, or JSON-based API/message validation.

Prior involvement in large-scale transformation programmes within asset management, fund administration, or financial services.
