Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, software testing, quality engineering, verification and validation (V&V), or test automation.
• At least 5 years of experience designing and leading automation initiatives.
• Strong programming in Python and TypeScript/Node.js with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Appium, pytest, and API testing tools.
• CI/CD pipelines, Git-based development, Docker, shell scripting, and enterprise software delivery.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence/GitLab.
• Knowledge of networking, REST APIs, WebSockets, certificates, authentication, and system integration testing.
• Experience in regulated environments with test planning, traceability, verification documentation, and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and testing tools across mobile, desktop, services, and cloud platforms.
• Establish and execute test strategies ensuring verification, validation, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop auditable test assets, verification evidence, and reports for automated and manual testing.
• Design and implement AI-enabled engineering solutions to improve productivity and quality while maintaining compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows, macOS, Linux, containers, and CI/CD environments.
