Qualifications

8–12 years of software engineering, testing, V&V, or automation experience.
At least 5 years leading automation initiatives and teams.
Strong Python and TypeScript/Node.js programming skills.
Experience with Playwright, Appium, pytest and API testing tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Git-based workflows, and Agile methods.
Experience in regulated environments with traceability and quality docs.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and testing tools.
Establish and execute verification, validation, and regulatory-compliant strategies.
Develop auditable test assets, evidence, and reports for automated and manual testing.
Design AI-enabled engineering solutions and agentic workflows to improve productivity.
Troubleshoot issues across Windows/macOS/Linux, CI/CD, and enterprise infra.
