Job summary

WON seeks a senior digital designer to own end-to-end, high-conversion experiences for premium ecommerce brands. You will craft the customer journey from acquisition to retention, build scalable design systems, and advance AI-native workflows using Claude Design and Figma MCP.

You will collaborate closely with the VP of Design to ship fast, data-driven design that moves revenue. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in digital design, a portfolio of premium work, and deep experience in ecommerce/DTC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital design, agency or in-house.
• Strong ecommerce / DTC experience with premium brands.
• Portfolio of modern, premium work; not template-driven.
• Mastery in Figma and design systems.
• Able to articulate design decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Design high-conversion sites and landing pages that feel premium.
• Own the full customer journey: acquisition, onboarding, PDP, cart, checkout, retention.
• Create growth creative for paid campaigns and product education.
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design systems.
• Use Claude Design, Figma MCP, and automation to shorten production time.
• Present work with conviction, backed by data and user insights.
