Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial graphic or digital design experience.
• Portfolio showing paid social, ecommerce, campaign, branding, or digital work.
• Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent skills.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create clear variations from a single brief.
• Understanding of social, website, email, and digital advertising formats.
• Attention to detail, time management, and communication.
• Willingness to learn and accept direct feedback.
• A design degree is useful but is not required when the portfolio and practical ability are strong.

Responsibilities

• 1) Static design: deliver high quality ads and assets across brands on time.
• 2) Website/email/CRO: create banners, pages, emails, and product visuals; support CRO tests.
• 3) Brand quality: maintain each brand’s visual identity and tone.
• 4) Briefs/Delivery: plan work, ask questions, deliver on deadlines, and communicate progress.
• 5) QA & file mgmt: check accuracy, keep editable files clean, learn from performance.
