Job summary

O2O Ecommerce SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to own projects from concept to delivery across websites, e-commerce, social, and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with clients and our team to turn briefs into engaging digital experiences.

You’ll apply UX/UI best practices, use AI tools to accelerate exploration, and maintain consistency in typography, color, and layout. This role requires a strong portfolio and at least 4 years of design experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating website and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD).
• Understanding of social media and digital advertising design.
• At least 4 years of professional design experience.
• Ability to present proposals clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Create design or mockups for Corporate and E-commerce websites from concept to production-ready handoff.
• Develop social media creatives, website banners, digital marketing materials, videos/animations for clients and the Company.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and strategy.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to deliver intuitive digital experiences.
• Utilize AI tools daily to accelerate concepting and prototyping.
• Maintain typography, color, composition, and layout consistency across projects.
• Lead and oversee creative projects ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, creatives and clients; present concepts and gather feedback.
• Participate in pitches and campaigns to win new projects.
• Mentor Junior Designers and ensure consistency across work.
• Support branding and corporate identity projects as needed.
• Stay ahead of design trends and AI tools to keep outputs fresh.
